Shipping

 

We try our very best to put your purchase in the mail within 48 hours of receipt of your verified payment.

If we cannot meet this deadline, you will be notified. When we ship your item, you will be notified.

We ship ultra quick US Priority Mail. Most people in the United States will recieve thier purchase within 3-4 days after it has been shipped.


* International shoppers, we will ship anywhere on the globe as long as there is postal service. Please allow AT LEAST ten (10) business days to recieve your package. Business days DO NOT include weekends and holidays. Some shoppers receive their items sooner, and others later depending on your country's customs regulations.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you are in the Harrisburg, PA area arrangements can be made for you to pay with cash and avoid shipping fees by picking your item up directly. Please email [email protected] prior to making a purchase and I will respond as quickly as possible to meet your needs.

Refunds

Based on the nature of our product, we do not generally grant refunds. If you are totally displeased with a purchase from Pampered Peacock, we will consider processing your refund, exchange or store credit granted the item is:

*Unworn and with tags still attached
*In the condition it was mailed to you
*Shipping fees are not included in the refunded amount
*You must contact PPV within 5 days of receiving the item
